Works great and tastes great

I loved the taste and the mixability was perfect, it didn't clump or remain suspended in cold water. The energy was great but may be a little much for someone who isn't used to high doses of caffeine. The energy and pre-workout feeling was perfect for me and made me feel like I could lift the world 💪An unexpected "side-effect" was the amount of sweating I experienced when taking the product. However, I actually enjoyed the sweat and it made me feel warmed up and ready to lift, do more cardio, or whatever I wanted to do to continue through with my workout. Definitely recommend and 100% will buy again.

This is an incredibly potent preworkout. The only reason I didnt bump it up to 5 stars is that it is definitely an after work pre and not an early morning one. I found myself jittery at work if I took it before work

So ladies and gents tried this with low expectations. I've tried multiple supplements and prefer really high stim preworkouts. Since Jack3d originally formula got banned in the US I havent found that preworkout that works for me. This is the real deal. You feel the beta burns about 10-20 mins post taking it and the energy just goes up and up. It almost felt like I had a buzz of sorts. If you are entry level into pre workouts please dont take a full scoop. I have a huge stim tolerance and a full scoop was almost too much for me! Your alertness is great, you feel a great pump, you will want to do more reps than normal, you wont take this and want to stay still I promise. Downsides: It last a long time! If you take it too close to bed time you will not be able to fall asleep. Half scoop on work nights.

Energy ** Pumps * Focus*** I usually make it a point NOT to buy a preworkout with a proprietary blend that doesn’t tell you how much of any given ingredient is in the product. I should have stuck with this. I’ve been taking all kinds of preworkouts before my early AM bodybuilding workout for over a decade. This one has a good list of ingredients...but the total amount must be so underdosed as to offer very average, to below average, benefits. For a pre that boasts high stim, I’ve used preworkouts with only 200mg of caffeine that give me more initial and lasting energy. Any pump benefits are nonexistent. The only saving grace is that I have experienced decent focus benefits...although no euphoric feelings. It’s not BAD as far as preworkouts go, but it is FAR from “gold” or “high stim”. I love Amazon and the convenience and security and free shipping ...but most of the preworkouts they sell fall squarely into the “average” category. They used to sell some top level preworkouts, but all of those seem to be sold only by the distributors these days. My guess is Amazon was taking to big a cut of the profit? So I’ll use this, as most of my progress comes from my inner drive and motivation anyway, but it’s really not worth the price tag compared to what $10 more would have gotten me offsite. 3 stars is generous IMHO, and I wouldn’t recommend this to anyone who has any experience with preworkouts.

Updated Updated review: do not buy from this seller. I opened another one I just bought and not only was it super old and hard, the silicone packet had busted open and all the little balls were mixed inside. And this is not a returnable item according to Amazon. So like, don't even waste your money. Get this from their website. At least you know it's fresh. Updated review: so this isn't about the actual product it's more what came from this particular seller this time around. I opened it up and it was clumps and looked old. This happens after a while if you don't use it. Condensation gets in and it clumps. This should not be happening on what is supposed to be a brand new tub. For the price, I expect to get a new product. I'm so mad. This is not for the actualpre workout, its about the condition I received it. Maybe buy from someone else. Original review: The best pre I have ever had. I only take it when I work out though because it is definitely powerful. Gets me through tough workouts. Tastes great and doesn't make me crash like others I've taken. Plus I can't have certain nootropics cause of my medication so I like that this one just has caffeine. Seems like so many new pre workouts are putting nootropics in their stuff which doesn't work for anyone taking antidepressants.

Great pre workout. This and the I AM GOD are my go to pre-workout.
