Gorgeous perfect pearly blonde!
First you must have your hair a level 8 blonde or lighter. This is meant to tone already blonde hair. I just wanted some of the yellow blonde out if my hair. I used this with with 20 volume developer. I left it in for 20 minutes. Its 100 times better than wella. I don’t like wella toners. It doesn’t go through those weird levels of dark green like wella toners, while it’s on your hair it stays the same color the whole time. And it’s only one to one ratio so it’s really easy to mix. I liked the pearl blonde because it doesn’t have ash. Its a true neutral blonde with no green undertones like Ash has. Buy it!!! You won’t regret it!!
