Sci Con Pocket Bike Bag

No way this bike bag is worth $84...cheap, light duty nylon material...real disappointment...I got ripped off royally Don't waste your money on this

Okay, let's be fair. This is not a bag one would use to put into the cargo hold of any plane. It is a bag to transport a bike (disassembled) when traveling on trains and whatnot in Europe...which is required by some rail lines. It is not intended to be used in place of a bike box or hard case. That said, it is made of very light-weight nylon and has no protection of any type, including the bottom, when you set the bag on the ground. This is important to note because the chain wheel will quickly work through the bottom of the bag and double as a greasy circular saw blade. In addition, because there is no body/form to the bag, walking with the bag on your shoulder is a floppy and unwieldy hot mess. If you have any distance to walk, it becomes quite comical and frustrating, especially if you have additional luggage. For the price, this is just silly.

I already have one of these in the US, so I was familiar with it, before buying another one for use in Europe. I would advise that it is really only good as a car bag for your bike. If you want to travel by train, for example, then the Scicon padded travel bag is a much better bet, as it is a) padded and b) comes with internal wheel pockets, which this one does not, meaning you need to buy a wheel bag as well. But, for what it is, and at only £32/$32, it's a good bag.

Die Tasche habe ich 2 mal benutzt. Auf der einen Seite ist der Reißverschluss schon kaputt.

Es una bolsa de transporte correcta. Lo suficientemente fuerte para cumplir su cometido siempre que la tratemos con cuidado. La he utilizado dos veces y todo ha ido correctamente. Una pega; el cosido de las asas a la bolsa no se ve muy resistente.
