I can't give an exact answer, but you don't need a great deal with an Ooni oven. I bag will serve many pizzas.

Can i use on a normal bbq?

Hi, more than likely but I think it would probably burn down too quick on an open BBQ and not hold heat long enough

Is it suitable for rehydration as use for subrate?

If they get damp they just swell and disintegrate - I would have thought they would be pretty useless for this purpose. They are however, fantastic in a pizza oven.
