For the last 5 months I have been dealing with a nagging pain between my shoulder blades, that no matter how much my chiropractor tried (and how much i foam rolled), that vertebrae would not move... and it was because my entire upper back felt like a rock. Every morning I woke up feeling like I got in a car accident in my sleep - i was just so tight and sore .... from sleeping! As soon as I saw the notification that Amazon delivered these massage balls, I dropped everything and got right to work. I spent 20 painful minutes releasing the left side of my back from the top of my shoulder to the bottom of my shoulder blade. Every single spot was tight and needed attention. Then I spent a few minutes along my spine on the right side where that stubborn vertebrae was. At that point I felt ready I asked my husband to give me a giant bear hug and POP! That vertebrae that refused to move for 5 MONTHS finally popped back into place! Instant relief! I felt like I could cry I was so happy. That night, I laid in bed on my side, and for the first time in two years, it didn't hurt to lay down. My ribs weren't pinching and the ache between my shoulder blades was finally gone. I actually got a good night of sleep, and I didn't wake up in horrific pain! Today is day 2. I spent 20 minutes on the right side of my back to balance things out (top of the shoulder to the bottom of my shoulder blade, again). All of the myofacial release actually made me feel quite exhausted, which apparently is normal as youbgain blood flow and yoir body is doing a lot of healing. I guzzled loads of water and rested to allow my body to heal... but man, does my back feel so much better than it has in years. I don't know how I lived so long without these things - something so simple has provided me with so much relief in such a short time!! I am sure I will tell everyone I know about how they changed my life for the better.

Where have these been all my life?! Have I been looking for the wrong type of balls this whole time?? So, I purchased these months ago - had them in the shipment box until the other night. I’m so mad at myself for not using these things the minute I got them!! I purchased these because I get a lot of tension headaches and I have a ton of knots. I go to a masseuse every few months specifically for these reasons...however, I’m rarely ever satisfied with my experience. This past weekend, I had scheduled a massage - which I was obviously very excited about. I needed some relief from the undefeatable tension headache. After 90 minutes (yes, 90!), I think I walked out with an even greater headache. I couldn’t wait to get out of there and I was pissed! Massages are not cheap. The next night - in a desperate attempt to cure my headache somehow - I pulled these bad boys out. Put one up against a wall and leaned back into it. With a little bit of leg work, I could not believe what was happening. They were hitting all the right spots! So many knots all over my shoulders, shoulder blades, neck, lower back - you name it. And these babies go deep! Seriously, a human can never apply that much pressure to tackle those deep rooted knots. The best part is you are the dominant one here!!!! You get full control! You control how much pressure you want to apply, where you want the balls to move, etc. You even get a bit of a workout out of it! I’m telling you - you may have to stretch and hold your body in certain ways to hit the right spots. Only thing that may be a bit annoying is that when you use one on your neck, it kinda pulls your hair....but some people might actually be into that type of thing...These things are a game changer - seriously! I no longer have to waste money on the hope that I’ll get a decent massage! Highly highly recommend! You will not be disappointed with these balls!

OMG - I love these! My shoulders/neck get very tense and these balls are fantastic to massage some of those knots and tightness away. I love how firm they are so I can press down to get deeper pressure or roll them along, say, my arms for lighter pressure. I can squeeze a ball between my shoulders or upper back and the wall and get a great massage that way. I should say that I like deep-tissue massages so the firmness of these balls work well for me. (Also, fortunately, the balls I received did not have a smell to them; some other reviews had mentioned the balls they received had a smell.)
