Great purchase... I have reordered for another project. Several visitors to our home were taken how nice and simple they are.

For those who said the holes don't line up, it doesn't feel sturdy, etc. the end with the short piece/spring goes UP. ALSO you MUST hold the platforms up against the pole as shown in the directions and tighten, then lower to be in place. If you either have it upside down or try to screw them in with the shelves down the holes won't align!! IF the screws aren't going in easily, you are doing one of those two things wrong!! I built two of these today. Struggled for half an hour trying to get ONE shelf on the first one, once these two instructions clicked with me, it all went together smoothly and easily! I don't love the metal look, so I bought some jute to wrap it with. will post pictures once I am done.

I love it! Saves so much room and you don’t have to drill/damage your walls. Everything WILL fit together, but you must put it together correctly. Take your time reading the instructions and looking at the photos. You can not install the shelves in their normal position. You have to install them flipped up. Just look at the holes and line them up! I do think this is overpriced. It’s not the most stylish, nor the best materials, but it’s sturdy. I’d say it should be maybe around the 50 dollar range max, but the price won’t stop me from buying another!

Easy to assemble. Trays are on the smaller size and my plants didn't fit ... will probably keep and invest in smaller potted plants. It's appears to be a quality product for the price.

So, what is this knob and how does it work. Does t turn at all, screw thing doesn't turn it push in or pull out. What in the world!? I can't get the inside pole out of the outside one. No help from "directions". There is a sort of "device" on part 'B' but no indication what it's for, loosen tension or what. I feel once I figure it out, I'll like the pole, but cripes be jerry! This is hard to figure and I've already been at it a half hour. It's just screwed right in there. I called Amazon and got refund. This is clearly broken or defective.
